In the latest PYMNTS Mobile Order-Ahead (MOA) Provider Ranking, we see the top contenders holding their exact positions month over month, but things get a little more interesting as we widen our gaze from the top five to the top 10 in this month’s MOA Provider Ranking.
The Top Five
April saw no changes to the tip-top of the PYMNTS rankings as the usual suspects – Starbucks, Burger King, Domino’s Pizza, Pizza Hut and Chick-fil-A – ranked at No. 1 through No. 5, respectively, and continue to demonstrate the strength of brands that invested heavily in MOA pre-COVID.
The Top 10
