  • Purchased Card Management Corporation (CMC) headquartered in Evansville, IN.

2011:

  • Fifth Third Processing Solutions becomes Vantiv, adopting new branding on June 15, 2011 Vantiv relocates from the Fifth Third Center in downtown Cincinnati to a free-standing headquarters in Symmes Township (north Cincinnati).

  • In November 2011, Vantiv filed paperwork with the SEC in preparation for an initial public offering.

2012:
