Bitcoin Exchange Mt. Gox Faces $75 Million Lawsuit From CoinLab

Mt. Gox, the world’s largest Bitcoin exchange, is facing a $75 million lawsuit from former partner CoinLab, according to Finextra.

    Mt. Gox struck a deal with CoinLab in November 2012 to outsource its North American transactions. CoinLab has filed a breach-of-contract suit claiming that Mt. Gox “willfully failed to perform its obligations.” CoinLab alleges that Mt. Gox continued to market to North American Bitcoin users and also failed to provide CoinLab with reconciliation data.
