Target is planning a full-court press to boost mobile shopping with an advertising campaign aimed at increasing sales of children’s toys, Mobile Commerce Daily reported on November 8.
The company is using the Pandora iPhone app as a platform to broadcast the digital advertisements of its kids-oriented gift microsite.
“Target wants to make it easy and convenient for moms to find the right gifts for their kids this holiday season,” Eddie Baeb, spokesman for Target, told Mobile Commerce Daily in an interview.
