American Express Global Business Travel (GBT) wants to get more personal with its business clients. The launch involves a team of specialized travel advisers.

These ‘next generation’ travellers want 24/7 access to dedicated travel counsellors who really know them,” said Joanna Macleod, senior vice president of global service delivery, according to a story in Meet Pie. “First provides access to a single, dedicated team of deeply experienced travel specialists who are available any day, any time, no matter where the traveler is located and who can take all those unique traveler preferences into account without ever having to ask the same question twice.”
