Small businesses needing an upgrade to their tablet POS systems now have another option in the market.
NCR Small Business announced yesterday (July 13) that it has launched NCR Silver Concierge as a way to upgrade its NCR Silver tablet POS in order to help SMBs streamline how they use the company’s technology to make it easier to integrate more aspects of their business under one platform.
The upgrade involves providing a NCR Silver Concierge team, which is a group of technical experts, to help those businesses maintain the POS functions it takes to keep it up to date for evolving businesses. This means assisting with upgrades to menu changes, integrating social media accounts, providing ongoing training and offering those business owners hardware support.
This concierge team will also provide the business customers the necessary data to make key business decisions.

Overall, NCR launched this service with the goal of personally working as a partner with its customers instead of simply providing the technology to operate the business.
