Human resources and payroll firm Justworks is expanding its offering to SMEs via new partnerships with two other small business service providers.
The company announced Wednesday (Nov. 9) that it is collaborating with accounting and tax firm inDinero, as well as online legal services marketplace LawTrades, to offer SME customers a more comprehensive HR suite of solutions. In its announcement, Justworks said the partnerships will help it more adequately service entrepreneurs that need these services to grow more quickly.
“InDinero and LawTrades are very much aligned with our mission to make starting a business as easy as possible,” said Justworks Director of Business Development Molly Siems in a statement. “Together, we can offer a complete back-office solution that joins our strengths and supports all of an entrepreneur’s business needs. We understand the difficulties of managing a business and aim to offer a seamless solution, so that where the Justworks platform ends, inDinero’s and LawTrades’ capabilities begin.”
Their collaboration will see the sales teams of all three businesses be able to direct each others’ customers to the services of each others’ companies. Reports added that the sales and accounting management teams at each firm will also be trained to advise SMEs on the services of the other businesses.
In another statement, LawTrades CEO Raad Ahmed called the collaboration a “natural fit.”
“We share a common goal of taking expensive, paperwork-laden processes that are critical to running a business and making them affordable and easy to use for companies of any size,” the executive said. “Together, we can relieve business owners of stress and risk and free them to focus on what’s most important.”
In another statement, inDinero Regional Sales Manager for the East Coast and NYC Steve Kornreich said the three businesses “offer complementary solutions for business owners, and our companies follow similar core values in our approach to business solutions.”
