Nivo1 and OnPay Solutions are partnering up to combine their accounts payable automation solutions.
Their collaboration, announced Thursday (March 16), will see OnPay’s payment automation services integrated into Nivo1’s AP Express accounts payable platform, enabling AP Express to act as an end-to-end platform for corporate clients to manage and pay invoices straight from the platform using OnPayConnect.
OnPay Connect enables customers to outsource supplier payments using virtual card, ACH, wire or paper check technologies.
“For Nivo1 customers, this partnership enhances the invoice automation process that you get with AP Express by adding payment automation,” explained Nivo1 CEO David Busch in a statement. “Payment optimization with OnPay Solutions allows our customers to further reduce costs and, at the same time, generate revenue through rebates.”
“By creating a strategic partnership with an industry-leading service provider like Nivo1, we are able to offer our AP [accounts payable] automation clients seamless access to Nivo1’s AP Express invoice automation solution,” added OnPay President and CEO Neal Anderson in another statement. “At OnPay Solutions, our goal is to ensure that our customers business automation needs are taken care of.”
The companies added that they will continue to collaborate and explore other ways their services can be combined to streamline the corporate AP space.
OnPay announced the launch of OnPay Connect last month, way for businesses to have access to an accounts payable solution in the cloud. The company said at the time that it is also looking to help digitize B2B invoices and help companies paying with commercial cards to take advantage of rebates and rewards by supporting supplier acceptance of these payment tools.
Also last month, Nivo1 upgraded its accounts payable solution by adding new features like receipt matching and line item-level invoice modeling. The company also rolled out a mobile app to support AP Express.
