AspireHR teamed with SAP Concur for a reselling and system connection collaboration to bring the latter company’s travel, expense and invoice management offerings to additional North American companies, according to a Thursday (Jan. 14) announcement.
Companies that think ahead are continually seeking out “smart solutions and technologies” that can improve workflows and make them poised for future expansion, according to AspireHR.
AspireHR notes that it is more important than in the past for companies to monitor essential data points, simplify operations, get rid of manual mistakes and arrive at company decisions by using full and correct expense information.
“SAP Concur solutions benefit businesses, not just in dollars and cents, but also by improving productivity, reducing risk, helping to ensure corporate compliance, and so much more,” AspireHR Chief Executive Kevin Chase said in the announcement.
AspireHR says it is one of the only SAP partners geared toward human resources (HR) to provide North American local, state and educational organizations with SAP Concur digitized and connected workflows.
The company also says it is an SAP gold partner and among the earliest human experience management (HXM) specialty companies to get the SAP validation for the SAP Intelligent Enterprise Partner Ambassador Program.
AspireHR says that digitized SAP Concur offerings that are based on the cloud in the new telecommuting environment can cut down on process-related work and assist staffers in concentrating on the tasks that their companies brought them on board to perform.
In September, Brex joined forces with SAP Concur to allow customers to revamp and reconcile their credit card expenses via Concur® Expense through automation. Brex card activity appears on Concur Expense automatically with the link.
And, in August, corporate travel lodging company HRS had extended its collaboration with SAP Concur by five years via a strategic deal. SAP Concur clients could use the HRS Lodging-as-a-Service system via desktop or mobile per news at the time.
