FinTech accounting company Bookkeeper360 has launched its new Bookkeeper360 App Marketplace, an artificial intelligence (AI)-powered offering that is designed to help small and medium-sized business (SMB) owners access business services like capital, business services and payroll, per a Wednesday (July 28) press release. The firm also rolled out a Brex integration.
Bookkeeper360 also integrates with Xero, QuickBooks Online and Gusto Payroll and has plans for more integrations and service offerings in the future. The app includes real-time metrics including cash burn, runway and scorecards to help business leaders track their revenue and net income goals.
Bookkeepers, CPAs and advisers on bookkeeping, back office, payroll and more are available to users on demand.
Bookkeeper360 analyzes billions of dollars in transactions every year to help small business leaders make better decisions. The new Brex integration informs customers when they’re eligible for Brex cards and allows them to begin the application process for the perk.
The company also prequalified for $9 million in funding for customers that will help it grow during its pilot period, said CEO Nick Pasquarosa in the Bookkeeper360 announcement.
Bookkeeper360 has also received the green light to be a certified integration in the Intuit QuickBooks App Store.
Bookkeeper360’s weekly app updates include an onboarding wizard to get customers started with Bookkeeper360 offerings, file management, task management and an “Unreconciled Transaction” functionality to help users avoid common bookkeeping errors.
Furthermore, customers could use the Bookkeeper360 App to find out if they were qualified for the second round of the Small Business Administration Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) loans.
Along with the QuickBooks Online integration, Bookkeeper360 is launching a “pay-as-you-go” accounting service, which companies will need to register for to take advantage of the service. The service will help small companies get in contact with an accountant for help with bookkeeping, back-office tasks and tax duties. This will let companies seek help for tasks, manage projects and keep tabs on their account balances, all from within the app.
