Pantera Tools is rolling out its direct invoicing feature, which allows users to consolidate their business systems, according to a Saturday (Dec. 18) press release.
Pantera Tools provides software for the construction industry. The company said on its website that one of its goals is to reduce complexity.
Users can employ the feature for convenient payment processing through a partnership with PaySimple, which lets Pantera Tools make and send invoices and track payments in the same system, the release stated. If a user has already started a free Pantera Tools trial, they’ll have access to the new feature directly in their account.
The implementation of invoicing and payment processing will help general contractors and subcontractors consolidate all project management, invoicing, field tracking and document storage in the same software, according to the release.
Pantera Tools Founder and CEO DeWayne Adamson said in the release that the company is “thrilled to offer invoicing and payment processing for [its] customers.”
“Our partnership with PaySimple allows us to launch our first piece in the final phase of our new Job Costing module, completing our suite of Project Management products,” he said in the release. “Beyond offering the world’s best Bid Management product, we are excited to see our customers access more features to help save time and cost on their projects.”
