Golf Genius Software will be partnering with RepSpark Systems to debut a new level of B2B eCommerce wholesale for golf apparel and equipment, a press release says.
Golf Genius is a cloud-based workflow management solution for golf professionals, which works on streamlining golf shop operations as well as improving member communication. It helps by automating several processes like special orders, stock orders, demo club tracking and more.
Meanwhile RepSpark provides a B2B wholesale eCommerce platform in golf apparel, footwear and accessories. It’s used by golf professionals and manufacturer representatives to place wholesale orders.
The partnership will see the companies streamlining operations through integrating their platforms. It will encompass order placement, tracking, delivery, member communication and invoicing workflow.
The integrated solution will reportedly help save time and boost member service.
“RepSpark is the leading B2B wholesale commerce platform in golf,” said Golf Genius Co-CEO Chris Kallmeyer. “We’re always looking for ways to help golf professionals save time and improve member service, so our partnership with RepSpark is a perfect fit. Together, we will jointly streamline the order process from start to finish, from the member through the golf shop to the manufacturer and back through the delivery process with automated member communication at each step.”
Meanwhile, RepSpark president Meghann Butcher said that relationships in the golf community are “paramount” between manufacturers and golf shop retailers.
She said the partnership “will provide the ability to manage the entire order workflow and collaborate seamlessly through our shared integration.”
PYMNTS wrote that RepSpark has also recently partnered with PGA Golf Exhibitions on B2B eCommerce solutions.

The partnership will be for companies participating in the PGA Merchandise Show virtual platform, which is the world’s biggest yearly gathering for the golf industry. In non-pandemic times it would feature almost 40,000 professionals talking about the industry.
Last year’s event took place on a virtual medium. RepSpark’s Accelerate service helped to facilitate business through the virtual showroom. It helped with simplifying sales orders, transaction and fulfillment processes.
