Online bill payment services solution InvoiceCloud and insurance software supplier Intellagents have a new relationship in which they will provide “a premier billing and payments experience” to insurance carriers and their policyholders.
With the integration of InvoiceCloud and Intellagents, insurance companies can implement InvoiceCloud’s solution for handling inbound premiums and outbound payments, along with the more than 60 other insurance technology tools available as integrations to Intellagents members, according to a Tuesday (Sept. 20) press release.
“InvoiceCloud is a best-in-class electronic bill payment solution that complements dozens of other InsurTech and data providers in the Intellagents Insurance Ecosystem,” Intellagents Founder Mark Stender said in the release. “Our no-code integration platform will expedite the onboarding of InvoiceCloud’s customers as we connect to a wide variety of billing, policy and claim platforms as well as legacy technologies both in the cloud and on premises.”
With InvoiceCloud’s Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) technology, insurance companies can allow their policyholders to make payments in their choice of several methods, schedule payments, set up reminders, and enroll in autopay and paperless billing, according to the release.
“Partnering with Intellagents enables InvoiceCloud to help more insurance carriers, agents and their policyholders reap the benefits that come with digital transformation,” InvoiceCloud Vice President of Insurance Julie Schieni said in the release. “Our rapid growth in the insurance industry demonstrates the importance of a simple and intuitive policyholder and claimant experience that drives customer satisfaction and the highest levels of digital adoption.”
