B2B eCommerce platform Papmall says it is expanding its model and delivery locations, while also integrating buy now, pay later and crypto payment features.
Launched in 2019, the company began as a platform for online digital products and software sellers “as well as outsourcing services, mainly freelancers and SME [small to medium-sized enterprises] agencies,” the company said in a news release Thursday (Aug. 11).
The company speaks of plans to build a “lively and energetic e-commerce atmosphere” and become the top B2C and B2B eCommerce marketplace platform in the service-providing industry for global markets by 2025.
Also among the company’s plans is the creation of customizable apps that can let sellers and buyers optimize their purchasing experiences.
“At papmall, we want to focus on creating more innovative and powerful ways for businesses,” said CEO Le Hung Anh. “To those who tend to join the global e-commerce markets, not just domestic fields, papmall is here to make all the impossible become possible.”

The companies say the partnership is meant to help B2B companies that are looking for ways to enhance their commerce experience in the digital landscape, and that their collaboration will let these companies innovate and expand their digital commerce abilities.
“As consumers, we expect to complete every part of our buying journey through any channel; digital or physical,” said Andy Stanis, executive vice president and managing director for Intershop North America. “And B2B buyers have the same omnichannel expectations, with the added complexity that comes with B2B operations.”
