Payments orchestration platform Spreedly has launched a new group of professional services offerings to help its partners optimize payments solutions, the FinTech software firm announced in a Tuesday (April 13) press release.

The Spreedly Professional Services team will work to develop suites of technical payment solutions for their partners. The services include the ability to rapidly import and export existing card data as well as tools for building and customizing integrations such as adding new cards, payment service providers (PSPs) and custom gateways.

“Our solutions have long-focused on improving the ROI from each and every digital transaction — not only for short-term revenue, but also to build long-term payments ROI and strong customer relationships,” Spreedly Solutions and Services Director Daniel Scagnelli said in the press release.

Other offerings available are systems and technology implementations, consultations, training sessions and workshops — such as PSP consultations, integration architecture reviews and product and go-to-market planning — to help clients enhance payments strategies.

“Our Professional Services team helps you to accelerate the time-to-value of your payments programs by speeding and scaling the success of your payments programs,” the website reads.

“Payments is not a one-size-fits-all strategy,” Scagnelli said. PSPs, for instance, can vary in cost and it can be difficult to predict what price negotiations will looks like when switching providers. But working with multiple provider using a payments orchestration layer can help businesses lower transaction costs and receive a greater ROI from their integrated gateways, PYMNTS recently reported.

“Our Professional Service offerings help welcome more payments participants to our inclusive, diversified ecosystem and are as diverse as our customers and their needs,” Scagnelli said.
