Telehealth startup Hims & Hers is partnering with lifestyle eCommerce fashion retailer REVOLVE to advance health and wellness products for millennial and generation Z consumers.
Hims & Hers is a multi-specialty telehealth platform that offers custom health and wellness experiences. REVOLVE, which brands itself as a digital resource for “discovery and inspiration,” will offer a wide variety of health and wellness offerings from Hims & Hers, according to a press release on Tuesday (Sept. 14).
“Both Hims & Hers and REVOLVE are redefining industries and leveraging our brands to identify closely with the next generation of consumers,” said Melissa Baird, chief operating officer of Hims & Hers.
“Collaborating with a brand that understands the intricacies of taking a unique approach and has the ability to communicate authentically is critical as we look to bring more personalized health and wellness solutions to Millennial and Generation Z consumers,” Baird said.
REVOLVE is now carrying Hims & Hers products for skincare, haircare, hair growth, sleep supplements and sexual health. The products were chosen for inclusion based on affordability and being “thoughtfully” developed.
REVOLVE’s Chief Brand Officer Raissa Gerona said the collaboration with Hims & Hers is a natural fit because REVOLVE shares the telehealth company’s “vision of democratizing access to health and wellness.”
“Through providing a wide variety of Hims & Hers products on REVOLVE, we are expanding into new categories and further diversifying REVOLVE’s dynamic platform,” Gerona added.
During New York Fashion Week, Hims & Hers was REVOLVE’s “exclusive wellness partner.”
Launched in 2017 in Silicon Valley by CEO Andrew Dudum, Hilary Coles, Jack Abraham and Joe Spector at venture studio Atomic, Hims & Hers is a telehealth platform that links people to the licensed healthcare professionals in primary care, mental health, sexual issues and more. The startup also offers “thoughtfully created and curated health and wellness products.”
Revolve Group was founded in 2003 by co-CEOs Michael Mente and Mike Karanikolas in a suburb of Los Angeles, California. The company focuses on offering a curated selection of fashion, grooming, and beauty items.
