The already crowded grocery delivery space is about to get even more competitive — Uber announced on Monday (July 19) that it is growing its grocery delivery capabilities, with the service now available in 400 United States cities and towns. This expansion increases Uber Eats’ grocery delivery presence more than twofold, made possible by a partnership with major grocery chain Albertsons Companies that adds 1,200 grocery stores to the platform.
Walmart Adds To Beverage Assortment With Rollout Of Winemakers Selection Reserve
Walmart is adding to its Winemakers Selection label by rolling out the Winemakers Selection Reserve Series, according to a Monday (July 19) post. The retailer’s new Reserve Series collection will showcase five new premium wine varietals from “some of the world’s prominent growing regions” with a $10 per bottle suggested retail price.
