Identity verification has spread across every part of the business, from login to lending. That shift is turning small gaps into system-wide failures. “Identity at Scale: Where KYC/KYB Touchpoints Create (or Contain) Agent Risk,” a new report from PYMNTS Intelligence and Trulioo, found that firms that see it early are redesigning identity verification as infrastructure, not as a single checkpoint.
