Mobile Shopping Still Underutilized by UK Consumers Despite Merchant Efforts
According to a PYMNTS survey of 13,000 consumers for "The 2022 Global Digital Shopping Playbook: U.K. Edition,"
a collaboration with Cybersource, just 24% of U.K. consumers use smartphones in their daily shopping journeys. It's a scenario that points to five key steps merchants can take to boost the mobile usage rates as well as their bottom lines.
